Sinem Hotel & Old City

Like the staff kindness and the room beds and bathroom. The hotel is near the main transport stations: tram, métro and marmaray. Even ferries could be caught. The hotel is near the main Arabic streets which propose delicious food and Arabic staff shoppings. Near El Fatih one of the 3 or 4 parts of the town. Good and sometimes delicious food is sold everywhere every time day or night. Shops remain open late until midnight. People speak lot of languages so we can easily find what we are looking for. All momuments to visit are at 15min by feet and 10min by tram T1. Wi-Fi works very well.

That was a very cozy small apartment. 4th floor, but there's a small elevator. Good breakfast included

Sinem hotel is very good, I cannot recommend it enough. It is located in the historical part of the city, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. I want to say special Thank you to Yılmaz who works at  reception, and is always ready to help newcomers and those already living here. He helped us so much when we had just arrived, later explained how to get to the bank and other places in all detail, and in the end when our taxi to airport was delayed did everything to help us. Everything was perfect, room was clean, location was perfect, especially Yilmaz receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He always supported whenever I approached. Thanks a lot. I would recommend others to stay in this hotel.

Manager was very helpful in every aspect, answered every question, made a map for taking Metro. Helped my husband with front stairs. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.
